Fr. Tom began his ministry at All Saints in January 2006. He was born in Hodgenville KY in 1950. He is a graduate of Murray State and the Law School of Washington and Lee. He graduated from General Theological Seminary in 1987. He served as assistant at St. Francis in Harrods Creek KY, as rector of St John’s in Roanoke, VA beginning in 1992. In 2003 he accepted a call from his Bishop to serve R. E. Lee Memorial as an extended interim. He brings thirteen years of experience as a rector to All Saints. He is pleasantly informal, a dedicated pastor and passionately committed to youth. Tom's wife Molly is a family practice doctor and together they have four grown children. Contact Fr. Fr. Jason Emerson

Father Jason joined the staff as Associate Rector in January, 2007. Fr. Jason was born in Mississippi and raised in Tennessee. He studied trumpet and music composition with his primary interest being avant-garde computer music. While in graduate school in Ohio he started working as a camp counselor with Lutheran Outdoor Ministries in Ohio which gave him an itch for ministry and the roots of his call. It was in Ohio that he heard about and applied to the Resurrection House Internship Program. The Resurrection House brought him to Omaha and started him on a path that led to seminary at The General Theological Seminary, the priesthood, ministry at Church of the Resurrection and the Episcopal Diocese of Nebraska, and now to All Saints. Linda Rafael

Linda Rafael became Director of Christian Education in the summer of 2000. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelors degree in Finance in 1981 and worked as a research analyst at an investment firm in New York City for five years. Since that time, she and her family have moved five times to different parts of the country. During those years she worked as a volunteer, primarily in church school programs and at school. Linda completed a year of study in Spiritual Direction at the Center for Christian Spirituality at General Theological Seminary in New York and is a graduate of Education For Ministry (EFM). Linda is the proud parent of three children: Liza, Tori, and Billy. Linda’s hobbies include tennis, walking her dog, and reading. Contact Linda at lindar@allsaintsomaha.com.

Stephanie has been our Minister of Health since January, 1991. Born in Ortonville, MN, Stephanie graduated from Bishop Clarkson School of Nursing in 1972. She is a certified Red Cross nurse and Emergency Medical Technician. She received board certification as a Transplant Coordinator in 1981 and as a Registered Vascular Technologist in 1985. In 1991 Stephanie graduated from the Iowa Lutheran Hospital Minister of Health Education program and 1992 she graduated from the Education for Ministry program of the University of the South. She is the recipient of the 1995 Bishop’s Award for Evangelism. In June, 2004 she was commissioned as a Spiritual Director for the Diocese of Nebraska. Stephanie and her husband Fred have a married daughter, Keli. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, and her grand children. Laura has accepted the call to serve as our Director of Music Ministries. Laura is completing her work toward a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in Church Music at the University of Kansas in Lawrence. While studying at Kansas, she served First Congregational Church of Topeka as Director of Music and taught private piano and organ lessons. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Church Music from Wartburg College in Iowa and a Master of Music degree in Church Music (organ emphasis) from the University of Kansas. She grew up in Iowa and enjoys living closer to her family. Laura fills a new position created this year. She is the parish’s first full-time Director of Music Ministries since the death of Cecil Neubecker in 1975.

Hello! My name is Lara Shine and I am the Youth and Young Adult Minister. I graduated from Appalachian State University in May of 2007 and am a board-certified music therapist. My family lives in a small town called Boone, North Carolina, a part of the Appalachian Mountains. I have fallen in love with Omaha and the people of All Saints! I began full-time in May upon completion of my Resurrection House internship. I am having an amazing time working with everyone, and I couldn't imagine a better place to work.
